Refrigeration Rental Options in Stickleyville, VA
Stickleyville is a smaller community in Lee County, where one cooler failure can leave a grocery, school cafeteria, or restaurant without cold storage and no nearby backup. Typical customers in Stickleyville include hotels and event venues, industrial plants and warehouses, and restaurants and caterers.
Choose by how long and how much. For a short emergency, a walk-in refrigeration trailer is usually the faster setup. For months of storage or a large inventory, a cold storage container in 20, 24, or 40 feet gives more room. Our 20-foot units are listed at 15°F for coolers and -5°F for freezers.
Before delivery to Stickleyville, tell us about gates, low wires, tight turns, and how far the unit sits from power. Our 20-foot units are listed at 220V single phase, 40 to 60 amps, and a container with a generator set can cover sites without enough power.

Cold Storage Planning in Stickleyville
1. Past emergencies and recovery needs
FEMA lists 13 federally declared major disasters that included Lee County, Virginia. The most recent are Severe Winter Storms And Flooding (severe storm, declared April 4, 2025, disaster 4863); Tropical Storm Helene (tropical storm, declared October 1, 2024, disaster 4831); Covid-19 Pandemic (biological, declared April 2, 2020, disaster 4512). When an event like that interrupts power or closes a building, a refrigerated trailer or container can protect stored food and supplies while repairs are made. 2. Major construction
A warehouse, school addition, or plant built anywhere between Stickleyville and Big Stone Gap, about 13 miles away, can outrun its permanent refrigeration. A leased container or trailer fills the gap until the building is ready. This is an example of the need, not a statement that we serve a particular project.
3. Major renovation
Picture a grocery store in Stickleyville that remodels its cooler wall. Refrigeration trailers parked behind the store could hold dairy and produce for the weeks the cases are out of service. This is a scenario, not a past job.
4. Emergency equipment access
Emergency response in Virginia is coordinated by the Virginia Department of Emergency Management, working with the emergency management office for Lee County. Public emergency operations are separate from our own delivery arrangements. We plan the truck route and site access with you, and we do not claim a published staging route for any site.
5. Local rental costs
Starting prices: $995 per month for refrigerated containers and walk-in trailers, $4,995 per month for mobile kitchens, and $4,995 per month for dishwashing trailers. We add the delivery distance to Stickleyville, the setup, and your rental length to give a firm quote. See the price list or request a quote.
