Refrigeration Rental Options in Delano, TN
Delano is a smaller community in Polk County, where one cooler failure can leave a grocery, school cafeteria, or restaurant without cold storage and no nearby backup. Typical customers in Delano include hotels and event venues, grocery stores, and restaurants and caterers.
Choose by how long and how much. For a short emergency, a walk-in refrigeration trailer is usually the faster setup. For months of storage or a large inventory, a cold storage container in 20, 24, or 40 feet gives more room. Our 20-foot units are listed at 15°F for coolers and -5°F for freezers.
Before delivery to Delano, tell us about gates, low wires, tight turns, and how far the unit sits from power. Our 20-foot units are listed at 220V single phase, 40 to 60 amps, and a container with a generator set can cover sites without enough power.

Cold Storage Planning in Delano
1. Past emergencies and recovery needs
FEMA lists 17 federally declared major disasters that included Polk County, Tennessee. The most recent are Severe Winter Storm (winter storm, declared February 6, 2026, disaster 4898); Severe Storms, Tornadoes, And Flooding (severe storm, declared June 17, 2024, disaster 4792); Severe Storms, Straight-Line Winds, And Tornado (severe storm, declared May 17, 2023, disaster 4712). 2. Major construction
Large projects in Tennessee tend to run on temporary power and shifting schedules, and Delano is no exception. Rented refrigeration can follow the schedule when a permanent cooler cannot. This is an example of the need, not a statement that we serve a particular project.
3. Major renovation
Picture a hotel in Delano that renovates its banquet kitchen before a busy season. A mobile kitchen and a refrigerated container could keep breakfast and events running through the work. This is a scenario, not a past job.
4. Emergency equipment access
Emergency response in Tennessee is coordinated by the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, working with the emergency management office for Polk County. Public emergency operations are separate from our own delivery arrangements. We plan the truck route and site access with you, and we do not claim a published staging route for any site.
5. Local rental costs
Starting prices: $995 per month for refrigerated containers and walk-in trailers, $4,995 per month for mobile kitchens, and $4,995 per month for dishwashing trailers. We add the delivery distance to Delano, the setup, and your rental length to give a firm quote. See the price list or request a quote.
