Refrigeration Rental Options in Liberty, SC
Liberty is a smaller community in Pickens County, where one cooler failure can leave a grocery, school cafeteria, or restaurant without cold storage and no nearby backup. Typical customers in Liberty include restaurants and caterers, food distributors, and nursing homes and care facilities.
Choose by how long and how much. For a short emergency, a walk-in refrigeration trailer is usually the faster setup. For months of storage or a large inventory, a cold storage container in 20, 24, or 40 feet gives more room. Our 20-foot units are listed at 15°F for coolers and -5°F for freezers.
Before delivery to Liberty, tell us about gates, low wires, tight turns, and how far the unit sits from power. Our 20-foot units are listed at 220V single phase, 40 to 60 amps, and a container with a generator set can cover sites without enough power.

Cold Storage Planning in Liberty
1. Past emergencies and recovery needs
FEMA lists 9 federally declared major disasters that included Pickens County, South Carolina. The most recent are Severe Winter Storm (winter storm, declared April 7, 2026, disaster 4908); Hurricane Helene (hurricane, declared September 29, 2024, disaster 4829); Hurricane Ian (hurricane, declared November 21, 2022, disaster 4677). When an event like that interrupts power or closes a building, a refrigerated trailer or container can protect stored food and supplies while repairs are made. 2. Major construction
A warehouse, school addition, or plant built anywhere between Liberty and Easley, about 7 miles away, can outrun its permanent refrigeration. A leased container or trailer fills the gap until the building is ready. This is an example of the need, not a statement that we serve a particular project.
3. Major renovation
Picture a restaurant in Liberty that closes its kitchen for a rebuild. A mobile kitchen, a dishwashing trailer, and a refrigerated container at the back door could keep the doors open while the permanent kitchen is gutted and rebuilt. This is a scenario, not a past job.
4. Emergency equipment access
If a storm or outage closes roads near Liberty, check with the South Carolina Emergency Management Division and the emergency management office for Pickens County for public guidance. Our trucks follow a route we plan with you in advance, and we do not claim an official staging route to any site.
5. Local rental costs
Pricing for Liberty starts from $995 per month for refrigerated containers and walk-in refrigeration trailers, and from $4,995 per month for mobile kitchens and dishwashing trailers. The final figure depends on the delivery distance, the size and temperature you need, and how long you rent. See the price list or request a quote.
