2. Major construction
With 29 warehousing and storage firms in York County, new construction here often ends in a kitchen or cold room that must open on a fixed date. If the walk-in is late, rented cold storage keeps the opening on schedule. This is an example of the need, not a statement that we serve a particular project.
3. Major renovation
Picture a warehouse in Hickory Grove that takes on a grocery contract before its cold room is ready. Leased refrigerated containers could cover the first months. This is a scenario, not a past job.
4. Emergency equipment access
Emergency response in South Carolina is coordinated by the South Carolina Emergency Management Division, working with the emergency management office for York County. Public emergency operations are separate from our own delivery arrangements. We plan the truck route and site access with you, and we do not claim a published staging route for any site.
5. Local rental costs
Starting prices: $995 per month for refrigerated containers and walk-in trailers, $4,995 per month for mobile kitchens, and $4,995 per month for dishwashing trailers. We add the delivery distance to Hickory Grove, the setup, and your rental length to give a firm quote. See the price list or request a quote.
