Refrigeration Rental Options in Tiger, GA
Tiger is a smaller community in Rabun County, where one cooler failure can leave a grocery, school cafeteria, or restaurant without cold storage and no nearby backup. Typical customers in Tiger include hotels and event venues, restaurants and caterers, and nursing homes and care facilities.
Choose by how long and how much. For a short emergency, a walk-in refrigeration trailer is usually the faster setup. For months of storage or a large inventory, a cold storage container in 20, 24, or 40 feet gives more room. Our 20-foot units are listed at 15°F for coolers and -5°F for freezers.
Before delivery to Tiger, tell us about gates, low wires, tight turns, and how far the unit sits from power. Our 20-foot units are listed at 220V single phase, 40 to 60 amps, and a container with a generator set can cover sites without enough power.

Cold Storage Planning in Tiger
1. Past emergencies and recovery needs
FEMA lists 14 federally declared major disasters that included Rabun County, Georgia. The most recent are Hurricane Helene (hurricane, declared September 30, 2024, disaster 4830); Severe Storms And Tornadoes (severe storm, declared May 5, 2021, disaster 4600); Tropical Storm Zeta (hurricane, declared January 12, 2021, disaster 4579). 2. Major construction
New plants, warehouses, schools, and road projects in and around Tiger can put kitchens, break rooms, and food service on temporary power and temporary schedules. This is an example of the need, not a statement that we serve a particular project. Tell us about yours and we plan cold storage around it.
3. Major renovation
Picture a hotel in Tiger that renovates its banquet kitchen before a busy season. A mobile kitchen and a refrigerated container could keep breakfast and events running through the work. This is a scenario, not a past job.
4. Emergency equipment access
Emergency response in Georgia is coordinated by the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency, working with the emergency management office for Rabun County. Public emergency operations are separate from our own delivery arrangements. We plan the truck route and site access with you, and we do not claim a published staging route for any site.
5. Local rental costs
Starting prices: $995 per month for refrigerated containers and walk-in trailers, $4,995 per month for mobile kitchens, and $4,995 per month for dishwashing trailers. We add the delivery distance to Tiger, the setup, and your rental length to give a firm quote. See the price list or request a quote.
