Before delivery to Chamblee, tell us about gates, low wires, tight turns, and how far the unit sits from power. Our 20-foot units are listed at 220V single phase, 40 to 60 amps, and a container with a generator set can cover sites without enough power.

Cold Storage Planning in Chamblee
1. Past emergencies and recovery needs
FEMA lists 9 federally declared major disasters that included DeKalb County, Georgia. The most recent are Covid-19 Pandemic (biological, declared March 29, 2020, disaster 4501); Hurricane Irma (hurricane, declared September 15, 2017, disaster 4338); Severe Storms And Flooding (severe storm, declared September 24, 2009, disaster 1858). When an event like that interrupts power or closes a building, a refrigerated trailer or container can protect stored food and supplies while repairs are made. 2. Major construction
With 153 nursing and residential care facilities in DeKalb County, new construction here often ends in a kitchen or cold room that must open on a fixed date. If the walk-in is late, rented cold storage keeps the opening on schedule. This is an example of the need, not a statement that we serve a particular project.
3. Major renovation
Picture a care facility in Chamblee that replaces its kitchen. Residents still eat three meals a day, so a mobile kitchen with a walk-in cooler could carry the menu until the new kitchen is finished. This is a scenario, not a past job.
4. Emergency equipment access
Emergency response in Georgia is coordinated by the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency, working with the emergency management office for DeKalb County. Public emergency operations are separate from our own delivery arrangements. We plan the truck route and site access with you, and we do not claim a published staging route for any site.
5. Local rental costs
Starting prices: $995 per month for refrigerated containers and walk-in trailers, $4,995 per month for mobile kitchens, and $4,995 per month for dishwashing trailers. We add the delivery distance to Chamblee, the setup, and your rental length to give a firm quote. See the price list or request a quote.
