Refrigeration Rental Options in Tice, FL
Tice is a smaller community in Lee County, where one cooler failure can leave a grocery, school cafeteria, or restaurant without cold storage and no nearby backup. Typical customers in Tice include restaurants and caterers, grocery stores, and nursing homes and care facilities.
Choose by how long and how much. For a short emergency, a walk-in refrigeration trailer is usually the faster setup. For months of storage or a large inventory, a cold storage container in 20, 24, or 40 feet gives more room. Our 20-foot units are listed at 15°F for coolers and -5°F for freezers.
Before delivery to Tice, tell us about gates, low wires, tight turns, and how far the unit sits from power. Our 20-foot units are listed at 220V single phase, 40 to 60 amps, and a container with a generator set can cover sites without enough power.

Cold Storage Planning in Tice
1. Past emergencies and recovery needs
FEMA lists 26 federally declared major disasters that included Lee County, Florida. The most recent are Hurricane Milton (hurricane, declared October 11, 2024, disaster 4834); Hurricane Helene (hurricane, declared September 28, 2024, disaster 4828); Hurricane Debby (tropical storm, declared August 10, 2024, disaster 4806). When an event like that interrupts power or closes a building, a refrigerated trailer or container can protect stored food and supplies while repairs are made. 2. Major construction
Large projects in Florida tend to run on temporary power and shifting schedules, and Tice is no exception. Rented refrigeration can follow the schedule when a permanent cooler cannot. This is an example of the need, not a statement that we serve a particular project.
3. Major renovation
Picture a restaurant in Tice that closes its kitchen for a rebuild. A mobile kitchen, a dishwashing trailer, and a refrigerated container at the back door could keep the doors open while the permanent kitchen is gutted and rebuilt. This is a scenario, not a past job.
4. Emergency equipment access
Emergency response in Florida is coordinated by the Florida Division of Emergency Management, working with the emergency management office for Lee County. Public emergency operations are separate from our own delivery arrangements. We plan the truck route and site access with you, and we do not claim a published staging route for any site.
5. Local rental costs
Starting prices: $995 per month for refrigerated containers and walk-in trailers, $4,995 per month for mobile kitchens, and $4,995 per month for dishwashing trailers. We add the delivery distance to Tice, the setup, and your rental length to give a firm quote. See the price list or request a quote.
