Refrigeration Rental Options in Fidelis, FL
Fidelis is a smaller community in Santa Rosa County, where one cooler failure can leave a grocery, school cafeteria, or restaurant without cold storage and no nearby backup. Typical customers in Fidelis include hospitals, restaurants and caterers, and grocery stores.
Refrigerated container rentals fit long projects that need a lot of cold space for weeks or months, and come in 20, 24, and 40 foot lengths. Refrigeration trailers roll in, level out, and plug in as walk-in coolers or freezers. Our 20-foot units are listed at 15°F for coolers and -5°F for freezers; those are the equipment’s listed points, not a promise for every load or weather condition.
For a Fidelis site, plan a level area, a clear route for a tow vehicle, and 220V single-phase power (40 to 60 amps for our 20-foot units). If power is limited, a container with a generator set may be the answer. We confirm placement and power before delivery.

Cold Storage Planning in Fidelis
1. Past emergencies and recovery needs
FEMA lists 28 federally declared major disasters that included Santa Rosa County, Florida. The most recent are Hurricane Isaias (hurricane, declared October 27, 2026, disaster 4955); Hurricane Helene (hurricane, declared September 28, 2024, disaster 4828); Hurricane Debby (tropical storm, declared August 10, 2024, disaster 4806). When an event like that interrupts power or closes a building, a refrigerated trailer or container can protect stored food and supplies while repairs are made. 2. Major construction
Santa Rosa County covers about 1,012 square miles, and building sites spread across that area rarely have a finished kitchen or walk-in cooler on day one. A crew on a Fidelis job may need cold storage for lunches, medications, or deliveries before permanent power is in. This is an example of the need, not a statement that we serve a particular project.
3. Major renovation
Picture a hospital in Fidelis that rebuilds its food-service area. A refrigerated container and a dishwashing trailer could keep patient meals moving through the construction. This is a scenario, not a past job.
4. Emergency equipment access
The Florida Division of Emergency Management leads emergency response in Florida. For a Fidelis site we agree the delivery route, the access point, and the power connection with you in advance, separate from public emergency operations, and we do not claim a published staging route.
5. Local rental costs
Refrigerated containers and walk-in refrigeration trailers start from $995 per month, mobile kitchens start from $4,995 per month, and dishwashing trailers start from $4,995 per month. These are starting rates; the delivery distance to Fidelis, the size, the temperature, and the rental length change the final quote. See the price list or request a quote.
